We send all parcel shipments insured with our transport service providers DPD or DHL.
The delivery time for shipments within Germany is usually 1-3 days provided that the ordered items are available from stock. A short delivery time is one of our main concerns. Deviating delivery times can be found on the respective product pages.
The DPDgroup (formerly: Dynamic Parcel Distribution, before that Deutscher Paket Dienst) is a group of international courier express parcel service providers under the umbrella of GeoPost, which belongs to the French La Poste, and is headquartered in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
The group's companies and associated franchisees transport standard and express parcels nationally and internationally under the DPD, Chronopost, SEUR and BRT brands. DPDgroup ships worldwide and says it is the largest parcel delivery company in Europe.
The shipping costs for items that can be shipped as parcels are 6.90 EUR within Germany (including German islands).

For deliveries via DHL, weight-dependent shipping costs for parcel-ready items within Germany (including German islands) start at 4.99 EUR.
Items that cannot be shipped by parcel, such as pallet goods, will be shipped by us via freight forwarding. In this case, one-time shipping costs in the amount of 60.00 EUR are added.
If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the contained item with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
If you wish a partial delivery of the deliverable goods instead, shipping costs of 6.90 EUR may be incurred again for this.
Immediately after shipment of the goods, you will receive a tracking number from us to track the shipment to the e-mail address specified in the order.
Currently, delivery via our online store is only available to Germany.
For a delivery of the goods abroad, we will be happy to provide you with an offer by phone or e-mail.
